Page 1: Participant Information

The aim of this project is to investigate the veterinary nurse’s role in identification and education of patient weight management, and body condition in veterinary practice.

This project has been granted ethical approval by the Social Sciences Research Ethical Review Board (SSRERB) of the Royal Veterinary College (Ref:SR2018-1707).

If you are a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) currently working in practice in the UK, then you are eligible to take part in the survey, unfortunately the following people cannot take part in the study:

  • Non-practicing RVNs
  • RVNs that work outside of the UK
  • Veterinary Surgeons
  • Student veterinary nurses and vets

All information gathered during the questionnaire will be anonymous and no identifiable personal information will be collected. Participation is optional, and all respondents are free to withdraw during completion of the survey, but your involvement is greatly appreciated.

The questionnaire should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

Upon completion of the questionnaire, all participants have a chance to win a £50 Amazon voucher. Please provide your email address at the end to be entered into the prize draw, your email will only be used for this purpose and will not be forwarded onto third parties.
